I offer a professional, emphatic and thoughtful psychotherapeutic approach to help you understand and resolve any psychological and emotional difficulties you may be experiencing. My frame of work is relational, thus, I perceive therapy as an opportunity to create a unique empathic bond to enhance your capability of recognising destructive patterns from your life and help to supports you in a satisfactory change.

As a qualified psychotherapeutic and sexual health counsellor, I work with an issues which include: anxiety, depression, loneliness, panic attacks, relationship difficulties, sexual stress, trauma, abuse, shame, bereavement, loss and grief, low self-esteem, anger management and overworking amongst many others.

I belief that psychotherapy has to be co-created, and not done to a client. I pay special attention to building mutual trust, safety and working alliance. Hence, the boundaries will be discussed during our initial sessions which among others will clarify my frame of work, limits of confidentiality, payments, dates and times of therapy sessions etc.

I offer long and short term psychotherapeutic counselling and length of therapy can be discuss during our first meeting. This will depend from the aim of a therapy as well as depth of the problem which you are struggle with.

I adhere to certain work values and principles which you receive via email before we meet. Few of them include;

Cancellation agreement

All cancelled or missed sessions are subject to the normal fee as a therapy time during your absence needs to be hold by me. Holidays planned in advanced are no subject to a fee.

Time of arrival

Please arrive at the consultation on time, but no earlier than five minutes before our scheduled meeting. There is waiting room and toilet facilities in the building.

Ethical framework

I abided to work conduct and ethical principles of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and Metanoia Institute in London.

I regularly monitor psychotherapy process with accredited (UKCP) supervisor.

For individuals a 50 minute session is  £50.

For couples a 60 minute session is  £70.

A Skype and phone session for 50 minute is  £45 (individuals) and for 60 minute is  £65 (couples)

Payment can be made at the beginning of each session by cash or bank transfer.
